Graveside services will be at noon Tuesday at Crestwood Cemetery for Yvonne Stephens, 78, of Southside, who passed away Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014. Rev. Lauil Thompson will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home will direct services.
Mrs. Stephens was born and raised in Etowah County, and she graduated from Glencoe High School. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church. Mrs. Stephens was a loving mother, aunt and friend and she will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Stephens; parents, Earl and Christine Long; and her sister, Faye Walker.
She is survived by her sons, Larry Don (Bridgett) Stephens and Charles Earl Stephens and his family (Rosa, Edwardo and Nicholas); grandchildren, Michael and Mark Stephens and their families; sister, Norma O'Connell; and her nieces, Kim (Bob) McKenny and Deborah (Michael) Overby.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
