Funeral services will be 11 am Friday at Crestwood Chapel for Ms. W. Jane  "Sissie" Sweeney age 92 of Gadsden who died Sunday. Reverend William Ray Garrard will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery.

She was a graduate of Emma Sansom , and worked her entire career as an operator for Bellsouth. Although she had no children of her own ,she loved adored her many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by parents John and Amy Sweeney, brothers John Edward, Joe, and James Sweeney, sisters Christine Johnson and Louise Posey .

She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 10 am until the time of service.
