Funeral will be 12 noon Wednesday at Crestwood Chapel for Mrs . Willie Jo Copeland age 89 of Gadsden who died Saturday. Reverend David Chandler will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.
Mrs. Copeland was preceded in death by her husband Fred Copeland, parents Rube and Arretta Barber grandparents Robert and Florence White Wheeling and Thomas and Fannie Johnston Barber.
She is survived by Children Ray(Louise Copeland, Tom(Sherry) Copeland and Patsy(Jerry) Neely.5 grandchildren,11 great grandchildren.2 honorary great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Allen Copeland, Scott Copeland, Keith Copeland, Aiden Copeland, Mark Bigelow, Devin Bigelow, Timothy Bigelow and Blake Bigelow.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to North Gadsden Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 10 am until the time of service.
