William "Bill" Clark Butler, age 65, of Altoona passed away on December 12, 2021.

Bill was full of life and was the life of the party. He loved his dog and enjoyed spending time with his friends and shooting dice with his sister. He is best described as crazy, lovable, and aggravating all wrapped into one and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by daughters Kristy (Tony) Yarbrough and Darline (Michael) Nix, son William (Sandra) Butler, grandchildren: Dillion Castle, Megan Castle, Justin (Brittany) O'Mary, Josh O'Mary, Savannah Butler, and Summer Butler, great grandchildren: Aiden Lane Castle, Luther James Castle, and Lele Presley, siblings: Jerry Butler, Mary Butler Mayne, Eddie Butler, Donald Werner, Billy Floyd, Susan Ann Rivers, Pete Floyd, Donna Coleman, Beth Skelton, and Cassandra Teem, nephews Willie (Amanda) Butler and Rusty Bulter, niece Stormy (Barry) Butler, numerous other nieces nephews and extended family, and special friends Mr. and Mrs. Hicks, T.J. Hoose, Leslie Brock, Randy Thompson, and Mike Reeves.

Mr. Butler is preceded in death by his parents James A. Butler and Mattie Mae Butler, siblings Charles Allen Butler, Roger Dale Butler, and Ronald James Werner, and granddaughter Jessica Marie O'Mary.

The family would like to issue a special thanks to T.J. Hoose and Dale Murphy for always being there for him.

A memorial service in his honor will be announced at a later date.
