Vanessa Leann Marshall, 54, of Gadsden, who passed away on September 5, 2023. She was a huge Alabama football fan and would be in front of that tv on Saturdays, If she wasn't watching Alabama Football she was watching The Golden girls. She was a loving Mother, Sister, and Friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents , Homer William Marshall and Nancy Arledge Marshall and her Aunt, Sandra (Larry) Turner
She is survived by her daughters, Jessica (Mikey Keener) Moman and Trisha (Sam) Richards and Grandson, Cove Richards
She is also survived by her sister, Paula Marshall-Johnston and a host of unnamed friends and family .
I also wanna give a huge thanks to the fantastic SICU staff at Gadsden Regional Medical Center and The Cremation Center of Birmingham, also thanks to a longtime special friend and neighbor, Theresa(Scott)Johnson.

Family will be having a memorial service to honor her on September 14, 2023 at 12:00pm at the Tabernacle Church in Gadsden , with Pastor Tommy Marshall leading the service .

She will be laid to rest at a later date at Crestwood in the privacy of her immediate family .
