Graveside services will be 10 am Friday, at Smith-Pollard Family Plot, in Gallant Alabama for Mr. Travis F. Pollard age 75 of Ball Play, who died Tuesday February 15,2022. Family members will officiate. Crestwood Funeral Home announcing.

Travis will be remembered as a man of many talents, and a very generous man. He worked as a mechanic, and enjoyed gardening and shared his crops with everyone, building birdhouses, and had a large collection of walking sticks and canes. His biggest love after family and grandkids was fishing and a lot of fishing. He was a loving father, grandfather brother and friend and will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by parents G.W. and Minnie Ruth Pollard.

He is survived by the mother of their daughters Betty Pollard, daughters Cindy (Carl) Smith, Lisa (Robert) Templin, grandchildren Leslie, Michael, Andrea, Clint, Nicholas and Jade, and 16 great grandchildren. Sisters Carol (Benny) Norton, Phyllis Hanson, brothers Randy Pollard and Rodney(Laura) Pollard and a large extended family.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.

Special thanks to his brother Rodney who was there for all of us when we needed him.

The family will receive friends at Crestwood Funeral Home Thursday from 6 until 8 pm.
