Funeral services will be held at 3 PM, Wednesday, July 29th, 2015 at Crestwood Chapel for Sybil Ross Kilpatrick, 90, of Gadsden, who died Monday, July 27th. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.
Mrs. Kilpatrick was born in Etowah County, where she resided her entire life. For more than 50 years she was a faithful member of Paden Baptist Church. Sybil was a former employee of Goodyear Tire and Rubber.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Julia Ross.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Orell Kilpatrick; son, Kenneth (Lana) Kilpatrick; grandchildren, Brian (Jennifer) Kilpatrick, Kevin (Kriszti) Kilpatrick, Kimberly (Scott) Fells, and Kasey (Tarrah) Kilpatrick; great-grandchildren, Noah and Ben Kilpatrick, Lincoln Kilpatrick, Macy and Lani Fells, Jake and Gracie Ede, and Sawyer Kilpatrick.
Pallbearers will be David Parker, grandsons, great-grandsons, and Scott Fells.
Honorary pallbearers are the Deacons and members of Paden Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1 PM until the time of the service.
