Stephen Kent Behel, of Anniston, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2013. He was 47 years old. He was a graduate of Anniston High School and was pursing his Master's degree at JSU. Mr. Behel worked at Bridge Water Interiors as Controls Engineer. He is survived by his wife, Leana Meier Behel; daughter, Briana Behel; son, Conner Behel; parents Lester and Carlotta Behel; sisters, Karen Burnham (Randy, Andrew, and Austin) and Kathy West (David, Will, Wyatt, Madison, and Maggie); a host of family and friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at noon at Betta View Hills Church of Christ and there will be a Memorial Service immediately following. Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Special thanks to the Cancer Care Center of Anniston and Lakeside Hospice.
