Shirley Ann Wagnon Allen, 80, passed from this life to be with our Lord and Savior and to be reunited with her loving son Rodney. Shirley was a life-long resident of Gadsden. She attended Glenco High School, and was a member of Paden Baptist Church. Shirley was a loving soul and was truly an angel within God's creation.

She is preceded in death by her son Rodney M. Allen, her parents and siblings.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Roy Allen and her son, Dr. Roger D. Allen, as well as sisters and brother-in-law and many nieces and nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Research.
