Funeral services will be at 5pm TODAY at Crestwood Funeral Home for Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Hollice Williams 90, of Gadsden who died Saturday, November 10, 2007. Rev. Darrell Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.
Hollice was a loving and caring person who always put others before herself. She loved her family, and will be greatly missed. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church for over 50 years and especially loved her Sunday School class and its members who have been wonderful to visit throughout the times she has not been able to attend. A special thanks is extended to the church and Rev. Darrell Brown.
She was preceded in death by her husband R.B. Williams; parents Herschel and Sallie Bowers, and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Bobby) Mizell; grandchildren Cathie (Rick) Holder, Kevin (Anita) Mizell, Sharon (Leon) Harris, and Roger Mizell; great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Jordan, John, and Jarrod Holder, Hillary and Slayde Mizell; Morgan, Hannah, Dalton, and Jill Harris, and Jake Mizell; sister, Sophia Freeman.
The family will receive friends from 4 til 5 TODAY at the funeral home.
