Funeral will be 1 pm Monday at Crestwood Chapel for Mrs Ruth Marie Williamson age 83 of Rainbow City who died Friday February 28. The Reverend Terry Kisor will officiate. Entombment will be in Crestwood Mausoleum.
Mrs. Williamson was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Williamson.
She is survived by her children Del(Steve) Gentry,Larry Williamson ,Robin( Keith) Smith.
Grandchildren Terry "T.J."(Kellie) Gladden, Rana (Dennis) Davis, SGT. Dean Hakim, Lance( Jessica) Williamson ,Matt Smith ,Keilia(Miller Clayton) Smith.
Great grandchildren Kendall Myer ,Grayson Mead Davis ,Camryn Davis ,Tate Williamson and Kreed Clayton.
Special nephew Charles Williamson .special niece Sheila Martin. Special family David and Francis Hood.
Pallbearers will be Steve Gentry ,Keith Smith ,Terry "T.J." Gladden ,Sgt. Dean Hakim ,Lance Williamson ,Matt Smith ,Dennis Davis and Roger Cox.
Honorary Pallbearers are Etowah County Sheriffs Department and The St. Clair County Sheriffs Department.
Special thanks to Amedisys Hospice for their love and care ,Rainbow City Fire and Rescue for their help over the years.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 11 am until the time of service.
