Funeral services will be at 11am Saturday December 20, 2014 at Crestwood Chapel for Ruth May Daughdrill, 90, of Gadsden, who died December 16, 2014. Brothers Jack Smith , Nathan Glenn and Les Overstreet will officiate. Burial is at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.
She was a member of Noccalula Church of God for 73 years. She was active in the Lookout Mtn. Senior Citizens. She loved cooking and sewing for her family who she loved dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Walter A. Daughdrill; 5 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by W. H. "King" (Jane), Robbie (Shirley) and David A. Daughdrill; 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren 2 great great-grandchildren and 3 sisters.
Pallbearers will be Stacy, James, Randy, David, Heath Daughdrill and Alan Wade.
