Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday February 12, 2018 at Crestwood Funeral Home for Robert Leon Moore 75 of Jacksonville, AL who died February 9, 2018. Rev. Alton Parris and Rev. Jeanette Fisher will officiate. Burial will be at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.

Mr. Moore retired from Anniston Army Dept after many years of service. Leon was a good Christian man who enjoyed hunting, racing cars, motorcycles and antique cars. Mr. Moore was the patriarch and rock of his family. He loved them very much.

Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Essie Moore, three brothers, seven sisters, grandchild Sasha Tarbin, wife and mother of his children Darlene Moore.

Mr. Moore is survived by wife Linda Moore, daughters; Gwendolyn (Bobby) Quinn, Lorie Moore, Denise Gann, stepchildren- Dewayne (Tina) Bruce, Lee (Stacey) Bruce, Anita (Tim) Kelley, sisters; Josephine Murphy, Annabelle Phillips, grandchildren; Kyle Curlee, Christina Morris, Lauren Prickett, Darlene Denney, Ronnie Owens, William, Jesse and Kristorfer Chisolm, Stephen and David Dey, James and Matthew Bruce, Bruce and Corey Kelley and eighteen great grand children.

Pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorary Pallbearer is Chipper (fur baby). Special thanks to Erlanger Hospital Trauma Unit and Churches that fed us.

Visitation will be Sunday, Feb 11 at 6-8. Graveside services will be following service on Monday.
