Funeral will at 3 Thursday at Crestwood Chapel for Mister Robert Gulledge, age 66 of Gadsden who died Tuesday November 4,2014. Pastor Thom Harrison will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.
Robert was a retired truck driver with over 30 years of service most of the time was with Osborne Transportation. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing and was an avid Alabama Football fan. He was a Christian and was a member of North Glencoe Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all and will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents Troy and Novalene Gulledge.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Patricia Butler Gulledge, daughters Kim Gulledge and Kristie (Wil) Reed, grandson Logan Reed, brothers Terry(Debra) and Ken Gulledge. Nephew Mike and Stephen and nieces Kacy, Pam, Kayla, Karli and Kelsey.
Special thanks to the men of The Gadsden Fire Department who were there when we needed them. Chief Robert Dillard of The Attalla Fire Department, Gadsden Regional E.R., S.I.C.U,7 South and the doctors and nurses and staff of Gadsden Regional Hospital and our North Glencoe Baptist Church Family and all of our friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday November 6,2014 from 1 pm until the time of service.
