Funeral services will be at Crestwood Funeral Home on Wednesday May, 4 2022 at 2:00 p.m. for Mr. Richard Adcock, age 67, of Gadsden who passed away on April 27, 2022. Don Arnold will officiate. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.

Mr. Adcock will be remembered as an avid hunter and golfer.

He is preceded in death by his parents Howard and Mildred Adcock and brother J.L Adcock.

Mr. Adcock is survived by his children Chris Adcock and Amanda (West) Mathis, grandchildren Jesslynn Watson, Kandice Taliaferro, Bailey Gargus, Rilee Adcock, and Austin Adcock, great grandchild Freya Gargus, siblings David (Diane) Adcock, Mavis (Joe)Crews, Myra Maddox, Edward Adcock, and Faye Thurman, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Chris Adcock, West Mathis, Keith Cranford, Austin Adcock, Bailey Gargus, and Matt Slowik.

Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Foster, Gary Guffy, Bob Stringer, Ken Stevens, and Dick Davis.

Visitation will be on Wednesday May 4, 2022 at the funeral home starting at 12:00 p.m. and lasting until the time of service.
