Graveside services will be at Crestwood Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday August 24, 2021 for Mr. Rhuben K. Holcombe, age 89, of Wellington, was passed away on August 21, 2021. Emmett Roper will officiate.

Mr. Holcombe was a kind hearted man who loved his family. He was a dedicated drywall finisher for many years and enjoyed farming, gardening, and the outdoors.

He is preceded in death by his son Mike Holcombe, parents Paul and Ruby Holcombe, and siblings Ernest Holcombe, Hester Holcombe, Pauline Arnett, Johnnie Farrow, Velma Gilbreath, and Hazel Taylor.

Mr. Holcombe is survived by his daughters Shelia (Rick) Walker and Debbie Walker, grandchildren Ashley (Randy) Robbins, Zach Holcombe, and Anna Holcombe, siblings Martha Hare, Herbert (Erna) Holcombe, Roy Jean Norman, Marion Hodgson, and Joe Holcombe, numerous nieces and nephews, and his best friend and little dog Max.

Pallbearers will be family.

The family would like to issue a special thanks to Encompass Health and Hospice.

Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday starting at 10:00 a.m. and lasting until the time of service.
