With heavy hearts, we announce that on January 29th, 2025, at approximately 3:30 PM, Priscilla Parker passed from her temporary home here on Earth into her eternal home in Heaven. Born on March 15th, 1942, Priscilla was 82 years old at the time of her passing in Collinsville, AL. We take comfort in knowing that she loved, knew, and faithfully defended our Lord Jesus Christ, and we rejoice in the promise that she now rests in His presence. We look forward to the day when we will once again feel her loving embrace.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Parker; her brother, Homer McCollum; her father, Cecil McCollum; and her mother, Mary Belle Hall. She is survived by her son, Matthew (Stephani) Wagener; her daughter, Angel Kelly; and her brother, Randy (Pattie) McCollum.
She is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren—Brittany Reynolds, Bonny Wagener, Becky Wagener, Tristen Wagener, Jacob Kelly, and Zoe Kelly—as well as her great-grandchildren Carter Dobbs and Kingston Dobbs. Priscilla retired from Walmart in 2023.
In celebration of her life and the love she shared with all who knew her, friends and family are invited to a memorial service at Crestwood Funeral Home. A graveside service is planned for November 28th, 2025, at 12:30 PM. Floral arrangements may be delivered to Crestwood Funeral Home in Gadsden, AL, or brought directly to the gravesite prior to the service. Pastor Randy McCollum will be officiating.
