Polly Worthington, age 62, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Crestwood Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. Pastor Davis will officiate.

Polly was the proud owner of Timberlake Pet World, where she also served as head groomer for many years. She was a faithful member of the United Methodist Church of Southside. A woman of many talents and interests, Polly enjoyed crafting and exploring estate sales. She was also a dedicated member of TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) and celebrated the remarkable achievement of losing 100 pounds this past year.

Polly will be remembered for her loving spirit, her determination, and the joy she brought to family, friends, and all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, James Worthington; son, Blake Worthington; brother, Lumie (Kim) Jones; sister, Sarah (Sammy) McCurry; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lumie and Dorthy Jones; sister, Rosie Ring; and brother, Virgil Jones.

The family extends special thanks to Amedisys Hospice and Bonnie Gerhard for their care and support.
