Funeral service will be Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at 11 a.m.for Paul Stanley Sedmak, 74, Anniston, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. Who died Thursday, May 13, 2010. Father Bryan Lowe and Deacon Mike Cova will officiate. Burial will be at Forrest Lawn Gardens. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.
Paul was a native of Youngstown, Ohio. He was retired from Southern Natural Gas. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and a former member of Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife; Beverly Sedmak, son; Paul Stanley (Scarlett) Sedmak, III, stepson; Matthew Perry Brown, stepdaughter; Teresa Michelle (Ronnie) McLane, sisters; Margaret Santisi, Helen (Marion) Urichich, brother; George (Lucille) Sedmak, 3 grandchildren; Emily Sedmak, Georgia Sedmak and Tucker Sedmak, 2 step grandchildren; Taylor Pritchett and Katherine McLane, brother-in-law; James (Carlene) McMinn and Robert ( Joy) McMinn.
Family request in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church Building Fund.
Family will receive friends Monday, May 17, 2010 from 5:30-7:30 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
