Patsy Pate Faulkner, age 79, of Gadsden, Alabama, passed away on October 18th, 2025. Born on February 19th, 1946, she was the cherished daughter of the late Ausby and Louise Pate.

A funeral service will be held at Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home on October 22, 2025 at 2 p.m. Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. until time of service.

Patsy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her life was a testament to her deep love for her family, friends, and church. Patsy made friends everywhere she went. She was always joyful—singing, smiling, and cheering on Alabama.

She leaves behind her beloved husband, Cecil Faulkner; son, Jonathon Faulkner; granddaughter, Tiffany (David) Luker; and her adoring great-grandchildren, Tinsley, Tessa, and Tanner Luker, as well as many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ausby and Louise Pate, and her son, Mitchell Faulkner.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, both of which were organizations close to Patsy's heart and ones she supported for many years.
