Funeral will be noon Friday at Crestwood Chapel for Mrs. Patricia "Gail" Lusk age 75 of Glencoe who died Tuesday. Reverend Bill Morgan will officiate. Burial will be in Anniston Memorial Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.
Gail was a devoted Christian who loved her church, singing in the choir, teaching kindergarten and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. An Angel on Earth and a friend to all, she will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Spruill.
She is survived by her husband William H. Lusk of Glencoe, son Marcus Lusk and former wife Rachel Lusk of Southside, son Kris Lusk and wife Sandra Lusk of Stantonville Tennessee, grandchildren Abigail Lusk and Ben Lusk of Southside, Jonah and Ethan Lusk , Megan Bridges of Louisville Kentucky, Karen Bridges of Stantonville Tennessee, great granddaughter Roux Bridges of Stantonville Tennessee and her beloved dog Rex, a stray who has been with her for over 11 years.
Pallbearers will be Willie Grant, Zack Probus, Randy Lusk, Glenn Davidson, Dixon Hayes and Austin Chambers.
Honorary pallbearer, Alabama State Trooper David Mobley.
Special thanks to caregivers Jennifer Harrold, Anna Parker, Veronica Brasher, Jamakia Brasher, Gina Keeton and the entire staff of Camelia Hospice.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 10 am until the time of service.
