Pamela "Brooke" Charlton, age 38, of Gadsden, Alabama, passed away on January 30, 2026.

Funeral services will be held at Crestwood Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., with visitation beginning one hour prior at 12:00 p.m. The service will be officiated by Bro. Jimmy Umphrey.

Brooke was born in Union City, Tennessee, on September 4, 1987, and grew up in both Gadsden and Huntsville, Alabama. She was the beloved daughter of Pam Charlton and Scott Gibson, and the late John Lewis "Butch" Charlton.

She is survived by her cherished children, Peyton Charlton, Dylan Charlton, and Harper Seaton; her sister, Ginger Charlton, and niece, Henley Birdsong; her brother, Eric Charlton; and her maternal grandmother, Ann Mayfield. Brooke also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends and extended family members who were blessed to know and love her.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Jackie Mayfield, and her paternal grandparents, Bo and Daisy Forman.

Brooke was taken far too soon, leaving behind a heartbroken family and many friends who loved her deeply. She was truly a friend to everyone she met and was known for her kind nature, helpful spirit, and fun-loving personality. Above all, she will be remembered as loving, generous, and nonjudgmental. She loved with open arms, offered understanding without conditions, and never judged others for their mistakes.

Her family finds comfort in knowing that Brooke is now in Heaven, free from the pain and struggles of this world. Her legacy lives on through her children, the love she gave so freely, and the countless lives she touched simply by being herself.
