Funeral will be at 1:00pm Thursday May 12,2022, at Crestwood Funeral Home, for Ozella Cline Langley, age 96, who died peacefully on Sunday, May 8, 2022.  The Revs. Allen Hudson, David Denson and Paul Harbison will officiate and provide music.  Burial will be at Forrest Cemetery.  Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00am until 1:00pm.

Ms. Langley was a longtime member of Dwight Baptist Church where she was very active up until her recent health issues that prevented her from being present.  She was also a longtime member of the Rebel Camping Club.  She thoroughly enjoyed camping, gardening, canning vegetables and caring for generations of grandchildren.  Ozella never met a stranger and always had a meal ready to share with all the friends her daughter and grandchildren brought in to her home.  Her pride and joy was her daughter, Joyce and she had a love for all of her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren like no other.  She was happiest when surrounded by each and every one of them.

She was blessed with a very long and very active life that was always filled with so much joy and laughter and she was affectionately known to everyone as "granny".   As much as the family will miss her feisty earthly presence, we know she is in the arms of Jesus and no longer in pain.

Ms. Langley was preceded in death by her husbands, George W. Cline and R.E. Langley; Son-in-law, Bill W. Teague; parents, Jack and Mattie Vaughn; siblings, Mildred, Lorene, Joe, Ruby, Mary, Luis, Ervin, Henry and Roy; bonus daughter, Joyce Langley Greenhaw; and a host of very loved brothers and sisters-in-law.

She is survived by her one child, daughter, Joyce Cline Teague; Bonus Children, Nina (Perry) Wardrup and Mike Langley. Grandchildren, Kelly (Tim) Robertson, Chris (Candy) Teague.  Bonus Grandchildren, Mark (Tara) Wardrup, Alyssa (John) Ross, Jennifer Rector and Craig Greenhaw.

Great Grandchildren, Ethan Teague, Dalton Robertson, Lauren (Steven) Fowler, and Timeka Robertson.  Bonus Great Grandchildren, Sadie, Callie and Orrin Ross, Mallie and Meg Wardrup.  Great-Great Grandchildren, Chloe, Erik and Peyton Rule and Zayden and Paxton Fowler. Sister, Doris Griffin. Brother-in-law, David Tucker and Sister-in law, Judy Vaughn.  She is also survived by a multitude of special nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Chris Teague, Dalton Robertson, Tim Robertson, Steven Fowler, Walt McDowell, Mike Langley, Mark Wardrup and Kim Gilbert.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Perry Wardrup, Gary Starling, Lynn Starling, Troy Gunter, Gerald Nelson, Gary Graves, Pat Thomas, David Tucker, Greg Fails and Tim Martin.

Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 am until 1:00pm.
