Funeral services for O.G. Parker, 92, will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at Crestwood Funeral Home with Dr. Mike Holcombe officiating. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.
Mr. Parker, a longtime resident of the Oak Grove Community, went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 15, 2010. He was a loving husband, father and paw-paw. A former owner of Parker's Service Station on Hwy. 431. A farmer, logger and sawmill owner.
He is survived by his daughter; Janice (Shaler) Whiteside, son; Barry (Patricia) Parker, grandsons; Perry (Sandy) Phillips, Ivan Phillips, Cary (Edna) Phillips, Clay (Laura) Phillips, and Chris (Angela) Parker, granddaughter; Kim Parker, nine great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren, sisters; Ruth Farrington and Faye Heath, brother; Billy (Elaine) Parker, and brother-in-law; J.R. (Eva) Dunn and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be family.
The family will receive friends Wednesday prior to service, from 10-11 a.m. at Crestwood Funeral Home.
