Oxford - A private memorial service will be held today, June 11, 2013, for Mr. Oscar Walter Nelson, 72, of Oxford, who died on Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home will be directing. Mr. Nelson was preceded in death by his daughter, Carmen Grisham. He is survived by his children, Shirley Holcomb, Buddy Nelson, Walter Nelson, Vanessa Nelson and Todd Nelson; fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; five brothers and three sisters. Hoss will be greatly missed by his family and friends
