Our sweet mama, Nancy Ann Whitfield was given her wings on Sunday, July 2nd, 2023.
She never met a stranger, could put a smile on anyone's face and loved her Sprite & music! To say we already miss her so much is an understatement. Our mama was such a lovely, kind and funny person.
Nancy was born on October 14th, 1961 in Gadsden, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Robert and Evelyn Whitfield.
Nancy loved her family so much, especially her grandchildren! She is survived by her five children; Amy, Lance, Melissa, Mark and April. In addition to her children, she is also survived by her grandchildren; Jay, Kayla, Niyah, Jaxson, Shara and Will. Nancy was  the fourth of seven children including Alice, Johnny, Ralph, Kathy, Howard and Edward. She also loved her many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Nancy Ann will be cremated at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery and Funeral Home on Saturday, July 8th, 2023. A memorial service in her honor will be conducted later in the summer.
