Nancy Elrod, age 84, of Hokes Bluff, passed away on May 13, 2025. Funeral services will be held at Crestwood Funeral Home on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 1 p.m. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Chris Walker will be officiating. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery.

Nancy will be remembered for her deep love for her family. She was always there when they needed advice, no matter the subject. Honest and discreet, she was a trusted confidante. She loved to get together with family and enjoyed being the life of the party. Nancy and her husband, Bobby, ran The Pool Center together for many years. She was the matriarch of the family—loved by all and dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Dewell "Bobby" Elrod; daughters, Deborah Mischelle "Cissy" Partridge and Nancy Dewey Elrod; brothers, Steve Guice and Clint Guice; and parents, James and Aileene Guice.

She is survived by daughters Kim McCain Burns and Lori (Richie) Johnson; sons Bobby Elrod Jr. and Jeff (Eve) Elrod; grandchildren Mike, Clay, Gary, Nancy, Kyla, Gavin, BJ, Dale, James, Vincent, and JJ; twelve great-grandchildren; sisters Pat Pritchett, Paula (Dale) Hyatt, and Terri Scott; and a large extended family.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
