Funeral services will be at 3 PM Wednesday at Crestwood Memorial Chapel for Milton R. Allen, 69, Gadsden, who died Tuesday, April 6, 2009. Bro. Tracy Evers will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home is in charge.
Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his daughter: Vicki Ward; parents: Guy R. and Katherine Allen; sisters: Nancy Sanders and Mary Burge.
He is survived by his wife: Shirley Allen; daughters: Karen Johnson and step-daughter: Norma Williams; step-sons: Steve Madrie, Walter Madrie and Allen Carroll; grandchildren: Ashley Williams, Cody Johnson and Bradley Johnson and six step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren: Roe Williams, Ellis Williams and Gracie Ayala; brother: Guy Allen; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Family will receive friends two hours prior to service.
