Mrs. Mary Nell "Bobbi" (Blevins) Moore, 81, of Hokes Bluff, passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 while surrounded by her family. Her funeral will be Saturday, November 7th, 2015, at 1PM at Crestwood Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Samuels officiating. Her family is receiving friends Saturday from 11AM until the time of the service. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.
Mrs. Moore was a 1955 graduate of the Carraway Methodist School of Nursing, and was a practicing registered nurse for over 30 years. She was a sweet, caring and loving wife, mother and Grannie.
Survivors include her sons, Jamey Moore, Matt Moore (Kristi); daughter, Donna Black (Mark); grandchildren, Tim Black (Jennifer), Wendy Worthy (Jon), Jake Moore, and Haley Moore; great-grandchildren, Landon Black, Lakyn Black, Ben Worthy, and Hannah Worthy; sisters, Myra Bynum and Peggy Wall; brother and sister-in-law, Byron Moore, Sr. (Shelby); and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mark Black, John Alred, Tim Black, Jake Moore, Jerry Bone, Byron Moore, Jr., and Daryl Moore.
Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Donald Lee Moore; parents, Gordon and Myrtle Blevins; daughter, Sharon Kay McClendon; daughter-in-law, Sharon Elaine Moore; and sister, Loretta Blevins.
The family would like to express their thanks to Jerry and Betty Bone, Dr. M. Ahmed and the staff at Princeton Baptist Medical Center, College Heights Baptist Church, Hope Hospice, Legacy Village of Jacksonville, and many neighbors and friends. A very special thanks to her caregivers.
