Mary Ann Lancaster, 76, of Gadsden passed away Saturday August 6, 2016. She was laid to rest Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Crestwood Cemetery with Reverend Bob Ivey officiating.
Mary will be remembered for her dedication to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She spent most of her life bringing joy with her piano playing , and witnessing to many people from jail cells to the local neighborhood children.
She was preceded in death by her husband C.W. Lancaster, parents Edith Keel and Eugene Braddy, great granddaughter, Mackenzie Lancaster.
Mary is survived by her children Debra (Wesley) Wood, David (JoAnna) Lancaster, Paul (Michelle) Lancaster, grandchildren Jonathan (Carol) Wood, Jennifer (Joey) Harris, Rachel Wood, Jeff and Seth Lancaster, Alex (Alexandria) and Ethan and Jackson Lancaster. Great grandchildren Becca, Aydan, Drake, and Karie Harris and Bella Wood.
