Graveside service will be held at Crestwood Cemetery at 11 a.m. today for Mary Anna Elliott, 93, who died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 11 a.m. Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home will direct services.
Mrs. Elliott was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.O. and Zada Lancaster; her husband, Clyde B. Elliott; her brothers, J.T. Lancaster and Robert Lancaster; and sisters, Dot Dorough and June Nickels.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy C. Elliott, Georgia; her daughter, Cathy Elliott-Mobley (Gary), Hayden, Ala.; her grandson, Brett Lockridge (Johnnie); great-grandson, Blake Lockridge; brother, Richard Lancaster; brother-in-law, Lucious Nickels; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity .
Special thanks to the management and staff of the Jacobs House in Hayden, Ala., and Vicky, David and Angie of Hope Hospice for their tender loving care.
