Nell Countryman, 79, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 17, 2026. The Family will have visitation at Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home from 11am until the funeral service at 1pm.

Nell was born in Gadsden, Alabama to Roscoe and Jessie Bellew.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Elbert Dewayne and James Royce Bellew. Sisters Phronsia (Dinky) Dean Davis, Deloris Jean Aultman and Vickie Sue Hickman.

Nell is survived by her loving husband of 42 yrs. Lamar Countryman, step daughter Karen Brock, and stepson Edward (Bobby) Countryman, Sisters Joyce Yarborough, Gail Comer, Jerrie Bellew, sister in laws Jannette (Freddy) Mcgriff and Cathy Brown, and many nieces and nephews. 

Reverend Tony Smith will officiate the funeral service. Pallbearers will be Nathan Lombard, Charles McCarver, Patrick Scott, Randall Mitchell, Rick Patterson and Paul Harbison.
