Ms. Martha Joan Pearce, 79, of Collinsville formally of Jacksonville, AL died, Saturday, November 11, 2017. Her graveside service was Monday, November 13, 2017 at Black Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ms. Pearce was a member of Black Creek Baptist Church in Collinsville. She was a life long resident of the Jacksonville area and retired from Fort McClellan in 1999.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. Stephens and Ruby Martin Stephens; brothers, Ronnie Stephens and Harold Stephens.

Survivors include son, Phil Pearce (Kathy) of Collinsville; sister, Brenda Chastain (Jim) of Yukon, OK; grandchildren, Matthew Pearce, Whittney DeBoard (D.J.), Chad Wills (Cory) and Ashlie Laster; nine great-grandchildren.
