Funeral service will be at 2pm Sunday, December 18, 2022, at Crestwood Memorial Chapel for Martha Wrenn King, age 79, of Gadsden who passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1pm until the hour of service. Rev. Roger Beshears will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home will direct services.

Mrs. King was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She had retired from Walmart.

She is preceded in death by her husband "Big Boy" King; sons Joe King and David King; companion Travis Lynn; brothers Clyde, Ervin, Bill, and Dalton; and her sister Loretta.

She is survived by her daughter in law Laura King; step daughter Carissa (Eric) Henderson; grandchildren Isaac, Jaelyn, and Bralee; step grandchildren Tyler, Landon, and Collin; special friend Nancy Ford; and several nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Life for Women, P.O. Box 553, Gadsden, AL, 35902.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Wrenn, Andrew Wren, Alex Wrenn, Eric Henderson, Landon Henderson, Collin Henderson, and Douglas Smith.
