Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at 12th Street Baptist Church, Rainbow City, for Mrs. Marjorie McNair, 92, Gadsden who died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013. Dr. Craig Carlisle will officiate. Burial will be in Forrest Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.
Mrs. McNair was a member of 12th Street Baptist Church for more than 60 years. She was a Goodyear retiree, having served as a registered nurse.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra McNair; parents, Joseph and Anne Ashworth; sister, Evelyn Crisps; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is survived by granddaughter, Brandy McNair Rutledge; and great-grandchildren, Ariel Jerry and Erica Jerry; sister, Joanne Grafton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
