Margie Geraldine "Dean"Nail
August 29, 1931 - March 2, 2023


Margie Geraldine Nail (nee Stone)- Of Swartz Creek, Mi. age 91, went home to the Lord Thursday, March 2, 2023.  She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her family.
She will be laid to rest at Crestwood cemetery, Gadsden al. On June 7th at 11:00.

Margie was born in Calhoun County, Alabama on August 29, 1931, the daughter of the late Arther and Alice (Rogers) Stone.

She met and married Floyd Nail of Keener Al, and though they later divorced, she remained  affectionately "Aunt Dean" to all her nieces and nephews.
Her great joys were her faith and shepherding her home and family; no one ever left her home hungry.
She loved arranging flowers and making beautiful floral displays.

Margie was also a prolific writer and composed many poems for her family.
Margie was an inspirational force who never sat still, her constant puttering was an attribute to both her longevity and her immaculate home.
Margie adored all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and they in turn loved their "Grandma Marge" dearly.
Surviving are children; Ronald Nail, Bruce (Mary) Nail and Margie "Lynn" Wilson; grandchildren: Laura, Joseph, Jillian, Linda, Rebecca, Nathaniel, Bradd, Chad;
great-grandchildren: Jordan, Kimberly, Cole, Clay, Landon, Logan, Lukah, Liam, Myles, Harper, Brayden, Jasper and Maddox;
And her niece, Jay Stone.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Joyce Horton, Donald Ray Stone and grandchildren, Derick and Megan.
