Funeral Service will be at 1PM, Saturday, December 22, at Crestwood Chapel for Mamie Patton, age 85, who died December 20, 2007. Ministers Bobby Bryant and Paul Kilgo will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home will direct.
Mrs. Patton was born in Franklin County on February 20, 1922 . She was the eighth child of a family of Thirteen. She was a precious mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother to her family. Mrs. Patton was a long time member of Lookout Avenue Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Ralph H.Patton; Children: Thomas O.Patton, Rainbow City; Anne Patton, Southside; Gary,(Vickie) Patton, North Augusta, S.C.; Sandra (Tim) Sosebee, Southside,; Grandchildren Tommy Patton; Vance (Cathy) Patton, and Alex (Janice) Patton, Southside, Logan and Lindsey Patton ,North Augusta, S.C.; Meredith (Chase) Griffin, Munford, and Megan and Matthew Sosebee, Southside; Numerous great Grandchildren; Brother Don O.(Regina) Suddith; Sister, Betty (Bill) Respress, Zepryhills, Fla.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 11AM until the hour of service.
