Funeral services will be 1 pm Monday, October 28,2024, at Crestwood Chapel, for Ms. Linda "Gayle" Conaway, age 81, of Glencoe who Died Tuesday, October 22,2024. Reverend Mark Gidley will officiate . Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.

Gayle will be remembered for her love of family. She was a hard worker and loved a new car. She was a Christian first and friend to all. Feisty? You bet, all you had to do was agitate her and you'd find out. She was loved and will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by parents M.C. and Pauline Smith, daughter Tina Chambers and brother Tommy Smith. She is survived by daughter Tonya(Steven) Edwards, grandchildren Natasha(Shawn) Ledbetter, Zachary( Madalyn) Chambers, Garett Edwards, Mykal (Dylan) Gaskey, great grands, Carson, Piper, Brantley, Aylah and special friend Karen Johnson.

Pallbearers will  be Zach Chambers, Tyler McCord, Shawn Ledbetter, Carson McGraw, Jason Smith and Garett Edwards.

Special thanks to son in law Chuck, who was there when we needed him most and, A C G Hospice, especially nurses Amy Sharon and Shelly.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 11 am until the time of service.
