Funeral services for Mrs. Lily Butler, 83, Gadsden, will be Saturday, June 29, 2009 at 11 a.m., at Crestwood Funeral Home. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Butler Worked for Bellsouth Communication until time of retirement, she was an avid quilter as well as a crochet enthusiast.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Otis Butler.
She is survived by her son; Irran Butler, grandchildren; John Butler, Melissa (Scot) Brothers, Adam (Kyra) Butler, great-grandchildren; Marshall and Natalie Butler, and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Saturday at 10 a.m. until time of service. Family request no flowers .
