Graveside services will be 11 am Thursday at Crestwood Cemetery for Mr. L.D. Martin age 97 of Gadsden who died Monday. Art Turner will officiate. Crestwood Funeral Home announcing.

He is preceded in death by loving wife Eva Martin.

He is survived by daughter Betty(Charles) Pendley, Gadsden, son James(Shirley) Martin Southside, grandchildren, Pam(Patrick) Moon, J.R.(Shelley) Martin ,Kelly(Chris)Brown, and David(Tina) Pendley, great grandchildren Parker Brown, Avery Brown, Grant Martin, Paige Martin ,Jacob Moon and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Patrick Moon, Jacob Moon, David Pendley, J.R. Martin, Chris Brown and Parker Brown.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 6 until 8 pm.
