Funeral will be on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at 3 p.m. at Crestwood Funeral Home for Mrs. Lenora Maddox Brock, age 82, of Glencoe, AL, who died June 15, 2014. Dr. Tommy Ferguson will officiate. She will be buried at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of the services.
Lenora was a loving wife, mother, grandmother (Bebo) and great-grandmother. She worked as Dr. Ed Thompson's nurse at the East Gadsden Clinic until retirement. She was a member of Goodyear Heights Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Oscar A. Maddox of 40 years and Tommy E. Brock; son-in-law, Roy Dale Morris; and sisters, Louise Hall and Audrey Johnson.
Those left to cherish her memory: daughters, Marlion Morris, Janet (Rick) Bradley, Debbie (Sam) Peacock; grandchildren, Ryan (Misty) Watson, Emily (Kevin) Hicks, Walter (April) Peacock, Laura (Michael) Grace; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph Findley; sisters, Littie Bekanich and Martha Ingram.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation or Goodyear Heights Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
