Celebration of life services will be at
2 p.m.

at Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home for Rev. Lem Lockmiller, 91, of Leesburg (formerly of Hokes Bluff), who passed away Tuesday, Sept.18, 2018. The Rev. Larry Garrard will officiate.
Lem was a bivocational minister and pastored more than a dozen churches during his ministry. He most recently pastored Forrest Avenue Cumberland Presbyterian Church at the age of 90, until it closed in November 2017. He was a retired letter carrier with the US Post Office with 37 years of service.
Lem is preceded in death by the love of his life, Ruth, whose passing he mourned until his own; mother: Elizabeth; father: Lem; brothers: Clifford and Milton; sisters: Marguerite Parker, Frances Pullen, and Bobbye Hamilton.
He is survived by his daughters: Letha Haynes; Ginny (Jeff) Shaver; grandchildren: Stacy Tamez, Christina (Josh) Ayers, Jake Shaver, Jennilee (Ryan) Baker, Harry (Sally) Shaver; great-grandchildren: Lena, Jimiaya, Ethan, Hailey, Daniel, and Waylon.
The family will receive friends
