Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Crestwood Chapel for Mrs. Leila Elizabeth Meadows, 67, Rainbow City, who died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017. The Rev. David Bankson will officiate. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.
She is preceded in death by parents, Rose Marie Shinn, L. Buford Carroll and stepfather, Jessie Shinn.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel Meadows; children, Ben (Teresa) Stewart, Angie (Lane) Keener, Misty (Ronnie) Jackson, Lance Meadows; grandchildren, Shalane Brooks, Staff Sgt. Dustin (Kellyamber) Stewart, Matthew Keener, Braxton Keener, Lathon Stewart, Erica (Lance) Meges, Amanda (Jeffrey) Hardy, Allison Jones; great-grandchildren, Caden Brooks, Emma Stewart, Avaya Stewart, Oaklan Stewart, Cambry Stewart, Hunter Meges; and sister, Anna Plumley.
