Lanis C. Fancher, Tommie as we know her, passed away December 14, 2014. Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Crestwood Chapel. Bro. Frank Samuels will officiate. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.

She was a member of College Heights Baptist church since 1951 and had worked in the children's department for twenty five years.

Mrs. Fancher was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas, of 65 years.

She is survived by her sons, Ron (Mary) Fancher of Lakeland, FL, and Rick Fancher of Gadsden; grandson, Brett Fancher of Lakeland, FL; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to College Heights Baptist Church of the American Cancer Society.

The family will accept friends for visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
