Private graveside services will be held for Ms. Judith "Judy" Bynum, age 80, of Attalla, who died on January 20, 2022 after a long hard battle with end stage renal failure, colon cancer, and several other illnesses.

Burial will take place at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home announcing.

Judy will be remembered as a loving, sweet, compassionate person, who was there for everyone. She was a great listener and confidant. A 1959 graduate of Etowah High and worked for over 40 years at Physicians Apothecary. She lived life her for her children Mike, Lisa, and granddaughter Anna. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend to all and will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Newman and Marjorie Thacker, sister Cathy and brother in law Barry Boatwright.

She is survived by children Lisa and Mike Bynum, granddaughter Anna(Jory) Colvin great  grandsons Layne and Dawson Colvin, siblings, Gerald(Carolyn) Thacker, Randy(Jane) Thacker, Jeff(Deana) Thacker, Kim Boatwright, Pam(Gary) Palmer, and a large and loving extended family.
