A beautiful soul has transitioned from one world to the next. Joyce Saint had no doubt that she was going to be with her Lord and Savior in Heaven. Mrs. Saint graduated from Etowah High School and lived in Etowah County all her life. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. She was a kindergarten teacher, Sunday school teacher, and loved her church and loved the Lord. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her greatest joy. What a great Christian Celebration of life. She loved people and loved to plan family holidays and get-a- ways.
She leaves behind her loving family who will greatly miss her; daughters, Sherry Sprinkle Phillippe (David), Sandi Sprinkle, Suzy Sprinkle Newton (Bert), son, Robert Henry (Bob) Sprinkle, Jr.; step-daughters, Virginia Miller (Jimmy), Debbie Campbell (Larry), stepsons, Richard Saint and children, Alvin Davis and children; grandchildren, Nicole Hodge, Logan Sprinkle (Nicole), Leia Cook (Mike), Ethan Curtis, Breeanne Colvin (Jeff), Mason Sprinkle (Bethany), Maddy Grace Sprinkle and Ansley Newton; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Williams, Earline Bearden, (Arling) and Gail Huie (Mike); brothers, Jeddie Stone, Jr., (Martha), and Bobby Stone.
Special thanks to Dr. Castillo, Dr. Harrison, Dr. Echeverri, Dr. Sancheti and their nurses, Hospice nurses of Comfort Care; friend, Marie Adams and White Springs Sunday School class; special love to her little companion Harlowe.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cancer Association of your choice. The family would like to thank everyone who called, came by, prayed and brought food.
