Joyce
Hansard
Apr 29, 1905 — Jul 17, 1905
Joyce was a Gadsden native who attended Snell Grove Civitan Center. She lived at Rainbow Omega and later moved with her sister, Anne Harris for the next for years. After living at a real nice group home in Albertville, she was later moved to a nursing home where she spent the remainder of her life.
She is survived by her sister, Anne Hansard-Harris (Milton), many nieces and nephews to include great, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Ms. Hansard was proceeded in death by her parents, A.C. and Mary Hansard and her sister, Martha Hansard.
Joyce was a devout Christian who loved going to church and quoting scripture. She was very friendly and outgoing and loved by all who had the pleasure to know her. She loved spending time with her loved ones. But, most of all she loved the Lord with all of her heat.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please make donations to Snell Grove Civitan Center in Gadsden, AL
