Jon Henry Clayton, 83, of Ashburn, Virginia passed away on May 12, 2023.
Born February 16, 1940 in Marion, Indiana to the late Henry Clay Clayton III and Anna Mary Gale Clayton.
He held a master's degree in political science and served the Federal Government at the National Security Agency  for 35 Years.
Jon is survived by his loving children, Monica "Nikki" Clayton (Tim), Deborah Berry and Jon Clayton (Lynette). As well as his sisters Gale Spath, Janice Prillaman, and Tessa Breen.
He was predeceased by his wife of 9  years Janet O. Clayton.
Jon is laid to rest at Forest Lawn Gardens Cemetery in Anniston, AL next to his late wife Janet.
A memorial service will be held at Reston Presbyterian Church in Reston Virginia on June 3rd at 1pm.
