John Michael Cordray, age 70 of Ashville, passed away on June 28, 2023.A memorial service will be from 1pm until 3pm on July 22, 2023 at Ashville First Methodist Church, 292 7th Street, Ashville, AL 35953.

John will be remembered for his love of fishing and eating what he caught, he loved the outdoors and reading, but especially loved his time with his grandchildren whom he adored. He retired from Caterpillar with over 42 years of service. He was loved

and will be missed dearly.

He is preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Betty Cordray; sister Nancy Knack

Survived by his wife Linda; son's Scott (Bergen); Danny, Nickie, Luke, grandchildren; Dominic,Evelyn,Hank and Mallory, Brother Jim Cordray,sister Pam (Gary) Martin and numerous nieces and nephews
