In his own words .... "I will say that God has truly blessed my family and me. I have been greatly
motivated to better myself by the light received through Freemasonry and York Rite Masonry.
There are several points in my life that have steered my decisions for more than 60 of my
almost 80 years. In no particular order, for not one is any more important to me than any of
the others .... it began with accepting God's grace through Jesus Christ at an early age, then
marriage to my beloved wife who has been my physical strength and spiritual mentor for more
than 55 years, becoming a father with God's blessing of two wonderful children who have
grown into adulthood with families of their own, and last but certainly not least, making the
decision to become a Freemason which granted me the privilege of seeking light, more light,
and further light with my Fraternal Brothers of the Glencoe Masonic Lodge. These are the
edicts of my life that I tried to live by. Now, looking back in the twilight of my life, I feel that I
have no regrets. May God richly bless each of you as well."
